Customer will receive phone or email confirmation within one working day of request for service.
Original Maintenance Agreement will be forwarded via. US mail within 48 hours.
Maintenance agreements booked after September 30 but before May 31 will receive one maintenance visit in spring and one maintenance visit in fall of the same year. Customers needing heating service during this time should call the office at (314) 351-2533 or click <service form> and book a normal service call.

VOGEL HEATING and COOLING agrees to provide (the Customer) necessary labor and maintenance materials to perform a comprehensive maintenance program for (1) Home Comfort System. This maintenance program includes (1) pre-season spring and (1) pre-season fall maintenance visit for a single residence.

This work includes all items outlined below:

SPRING MAINTENANCE

-clean condenser coil
-check & clean condensate drain
-check return air filter
-lubricate motors as needed
-check all parts for visible wear
-check all electrical components and connections for safety
-check thermostat operation
-measure and verify refrigerant pressures
-check temperature drop across evaporator coil
-verify complete system operation and safety

FALL MAINTENANCE

-check flue system for safety & carbon monoxide leaks
-check return air filter
-lubricate motors and bearings as needed
-check all parts for visible wear
-check gas train and all electrical components and connections for safety
-check thermostat operation
-clean and check pilot/ignition assembly
-check proper burner ignition and efficiency
-verify complete system operation and safety

Filters are not included in this agreement and are the responsibility of the Customer. Our Service Technician will install owner furnished filters if they are on hand at time of maintenance service at no charge. In the case of boiler systems, bleeding of radiators, water treatment, and filling of hot water systems shall be treated as repair work, and is not included in seasonal maintenance.

PARTS: Materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform required preventative maintenance as outlined above are included in this agreement. The agreement does not include parts or miscellaneous material for system repairs.

REPAIR DISCOUNT: Repairs outside of Seasonal Maintenance items outlined above are the responsibility of the Customer. Service Agreement Customers receive a 15% discount on all repairs; parts & labor.

PREFERENTIAL SERVICE: Service Agreement Customers will be scheduled for emergency service before non-agreement customers.

HOURS OF SERVICE: The services covered by this agreement will be scheduled during regular working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge.

TERM: The term of this agreement is one year from the effective date. Prior to the expiration of this agreement you will receive a new agreement for your review and approval. Agreements are not self-renewing. Vogel Heating reserves the right to change any, or all of the terms and features of future agreement offers, new or renewal.
