Last week I had a new Carrier Hybrid heating and cooling system installed by Vogel. This is the second system you have installed in my home, the first one was in 1991. Since that time Vogel has performed my yearly maintenance and all of my repairs. I knew that after 18 years of great service you were the only company I wanted to install my new system. The catalyst for me to change my system was a Freon leak that was getting worse..

Your staff has been absolutely great. Tim had great patience answering all of my questions, on an almost daily basis, and sending me multiple quotes. Melissa, who lives in my neighborhood, stopped by and picked up the signed contracts. The installers did a spectacular job on the installation. Everything was neat and clean when they left. In our service oriented society there are very few companies that truly provide service but Vogel really stands out with all you do for your customers.

Absolutely amazing, combined cost for gas and electric for 1119 heating degree days was $87. Last year I had a month that was 1110 heating degree days that cost me $191.

If you ever need a referral or if you have consumers who want to ask questions of someone who has the system feel free to give them my home number. I am really impressed and would love to share this with other people. If the government would only put more money into these types of programs think what we could do for energy conservation!!!

Here are my new totals for January, bills ending February 1st and 4th. January is one of the months that I used as my base for my electric bills so it would be a zero. If you look at my gas bills ending February 4 last year it cost me $194 to heat, this year the gas and electric total $114 a 40% reduction. Laclede has a note on my bill that do to a change in energy costs my budget is going down to $63 next month. I am interested to see if it goes lower because I am $145 ahead on my budget balance. I am still amazed this is probably the best choice I ever made!!!

Once again WOW. A year ago I paid $177 for 1025 heating degree days this year I paid $95 for 1016. Please note my budget dropped from $86 to $63.

The new numbers are in. I am wondering when Laclede Gas is going to come out and change my meter or write me a check for all they owe me. I have now switched over from heat to AC so my gas will go to the minimum. I am $167.00 ahead on my budget billing and that is after they rolled me back from $87 to $63. This month once again is down about 35% from last year. Two things we have also noticed: one is the house is cleaner, Sue says she can dust about every 3 weeks now and the second is it appears my mold issue in the basement bath went away. I can’t explain it other than better humidity control but I used to strip and recaulk that bath every 3 to 4 months and now it has been 7 months. Also the new AC is great, I had to walk right up to it to hear if it was evening running can’t wait to see those numbers!

The installers went above and beyond to keep out home clean and to clean up after themselves. It rained that day so they laid covering over our floors to keep them clean. When they left you couldn't tell they had been there.

I called Vogel on a Monday morning after my AC went out over the weekend.  A sales consultant came to my home THAT day and gave me a very competitive quote.  I also met with two other companies the same day.  I called the sales rep back at 4:00 to state that I would like to sign a contract.  He came back by my home within a half hour with the necessary paperwork and the unit was installed the very next morning, starting at 7:30 a.m.  The sales rep  was EXCELLENT.  I felt very confident that I could trust what he was telling me.  The installers were professional and took the time to answer my questions.  I would highly recommend Vogel Heating and Cooling!

My air conditioner wasn’t working.  I called Monday morning 10/6.  I had a service technician to my house at 8am Tuesday, 10/7.  I had my a/c repaired by 3:30pm Tuesday, 10/7.

…I was especially pleased with the service I received.  Thank you for providing such great, knowledgeable service techs.  I will definitely recommend Vogel to my family and friends.
