  • Please call the office at (314)351-2533 to schedule emergency service or to speak to a live person, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (after hours and weekend service subject to overtime rates).
  • If you utilize this online form to schedule a service call you will receive a phone or email confirmation within one working day of request (typically within 60 minutes of service request during normal working hours)
  • We will call at numbers listed below to confirm someone is available at service property. This call will take place at or near the confirmed scheduled date and time, just prior to technician traveling to service property. If no answer is received, service call will be cancelled.

Residential Service: Service call subject to $79.00 travel and diagnostic fee. Once diagnosed, necessary repairs will be quoted in accordance with standard flat rate repair price. Repair and quoted repair price may be accepted or declined by the customer at that time. Travel and Diagnostic fee will still apply in case customer declines repair. All calls are C.O.D.
Commercial Service: Service Call is subject to $79.00 trip charge. Repairs are made on a time and material basis.
